An exciting Admin / Customer Service opportunity with a reputable Legal firm based in Suffolk.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the property/conveyancing team

  • Handle incoming client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Assist with progression of property transactions from instruction to completion

  • Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and clients

  • Maintain and update case management systems accurately

  • Prepare and process documents related to property transactions

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Support general office administration tasks as required


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in property, real estate, or conveyancing

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office

  • Professional, customer-focused approach
