An exciting Admin / Customer Service opportunity with a reputable Legal firm based in Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the property/conveyancing team
Handle incoming client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist with progression of property transactions from instruction to completion
Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and clients
Maintain and update case management systems accurately
Prepare and process documents related to property transactions
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Support general office administration tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in property, real estate, or conveyancing
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
Professional, customer-focused approach
