We are seeking a reliable and confident Finance Manager to join an a reputable and growing automotive company in Essex! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in supporting and driving the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to arrange and secure vehicle finance packages

• Assess client financial information and recommend suitable finance options

• Liaise with lenders, brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth processing

• Maximise deal profitability while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction

• Manage finance documentation and ensure all records are accurate and compliant

• Build strong relationships with customers and finance partners

• Meet and exceed monthly finance and performance targets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a finance, sales or automotive finance role preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Confident, professional and target-driven approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• FCA compliance knowledge is an advantage
