We are seeking a reliable and confident Receptionist to join an a reputable and growing company in Essex! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and being the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression at all times
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments
Organise meeting rooms and maintain a tidy, professional reception area
Receive, distribute and send post and deliveries
Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning and data entry
Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and external partners
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service or other office position
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Smart, professional appearance and confident manner
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Competent with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
