We're looking for a reliable applicant for this great Production/Manufacturing Operative role with a growing company paying between £26,500 - £31,500 + bonuses! Full training provided so no direct experience is needed. Hourly rate will increase with time in service!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a production team to manufacture components to required standards

• Prepare materials and apply them to pre-prepared moulds or surfaces

• Follow detailed instructions to assemble products accurately

• Inspect finished items to ensure quality and consistency

• Carry out minor repairs or adjustments where required

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hands on role, such as warehousing, labouring, construction, handballing, manufacturing or production etc

• Willingness to learn new skills as full training will be provided

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, active role

• Reliable and able to work as part of a team

• Own transport is essential due to location
