We're seeking a reliable Warehouse/Yard Operative to join a fast paced and growing team with a reputable firm in Suffolk!

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently using a forklift

• Move, stack, and organise stock within the warehouse and yard areas

• Carry out daily vehicle and forklift safety checks

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, reporting any damages or discrepancies

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures

• Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as required

• Support stock control processes, including basic inventory checks

Requirements:

• Valid external forklift licence or a current in-house forklift licence (company will support renewal if required)

• Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, or logistics environment preferred

• Good understanding of health and safety practices

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Flexible and willing to support wider operational tasks
