I'm seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a forward thinking and growing team with one of the best Construction firms in the region!

Based in Suffolk

Salary: Extremely Competitive up to £85,000 + bonus

• A great understanding of risk and health and safety

• Ability to work within budgets

• Must have worked on multi-millionaire contracts in construction prior

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You’ll be overseeing major construction projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard.

• Managing multiple contracts and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve top-quality results.

• Overseeing all health & safety aspects and ensuring full compliance on every site.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams .

• Identifying and managing risk while driving continuous improvement across projects.

• Taking ownership of large-scale, multi-million-pound contracts with confidence and professionalism.

• Playing a key role in the company’s continued growth and success.
