Amazing opportunity for one of the most reputable Construction firms in the region. I am seeking a reliable and committed Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the next step in their career.

Salary up to £80,000 + bonuses.

Based in Suffolk.

Your week will consist of a couple days in the office, then a mixture of working from home and site visits.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience

• Must have experience of working independently

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be getting stuck into a mix of exciting projects, taking ownership of the commercial side from start to finish.

This includes:

• Managing costs, budgets, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and profitably.

• Handling tenders, contracts, and procurement with confidence.

• Visiting sites, checking progress, and keeping everything on track.

• Working closely with clients, contractors, and the internal team to deliver great results.

• Preparing valuations, forecasts, and final accounts.

• Taking the lead on your projects while still being part of a supportive and ambitious team.

• Making sure every job is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
