An amazing Conveyancing Executive/Fee Earner opportunity with an established Legal firm based in Norfolk salary up to £55,000 and bonuses being paid twice per year!

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion

• Handling a range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and associated property documentation

• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process

• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions

• Conducting relevant searches and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring key deadlines are met

• Providing support and guidance to junior colleagues where required

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive

• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing matters

• Confidence in running an independent caseload

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work proactively and manage competing deadlines

• A professional approach with a strong commitment to confidentiality and compliance
