Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating import and export shipments (road, sea, and/or air)

• Preparing shipping and customs documentation

• Liaising with clients, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth deliveries

• Tracking shipments and resolving any operational issues

• Quoting and negotiating rates with suppliers and customers

Requirements:

• Previous freight forwarding experience (import/export knowledge essential)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Good understanding of customs procedures and documentation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
